REFUND POLICY
At Muron, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our fragrances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy to ensure a seamless experience.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including outer wrapping and protective seals).

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Items purchased as part of a bundle, gift set, or promotional offer may only be returned as a full set.

Any damaged or incorrect items received must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used fragrances.

Samples and discovery sets.

Gift cards and promotional items.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us – Email us at Support@muron.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Await Approval – Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps. Approved returns will receive a return shipping address.

Return the Item – Securely package the item and send it via a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Inspection & Refund Processing – Once received, we will inspect the item. If approved, a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different fragrance, you must return it for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Cancellations & Order Modifications

Orders may be cancelled or modified only before dispatch.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
8. International Orders

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
