REFUND POLICY

At Muron, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our fragrances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy to ensure a seamless experience.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

 

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including outer wrapping and protective seals).

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Items purchased as part of a bundle, gift set, or promotional offer may only be returned as a full set.

  • Any damaged or incorrect items received must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

 

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

 

  • Opened or used fragrances.

  • Samples and discovery sets.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

 

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Contact Us – Email us at Support@muron.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  2. Await Approval – Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps. Approved returns will receive a return shipping address.

  3. Return the Item – Securely package the item and send it via a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

  4. Inspection & Refund Processing – Once received, we will inspect the item. If approved, a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

4. Exchanges

 

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items.

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different fragrance, you must return it for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

 

5. Refunds

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

7. Cancellations & Order Modifications

 

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified only before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

8. International Orders

 

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
