SHIPPING POLICY
At Muron, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy for details on processing times, delivery options, and other important shipping-related information.
1. Order Processing & Fulfilment

All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 4 PM GMT will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next working day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

During peak periods (such as holidays or promotional sales), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
2. Delivery Options & Estimated Timeframes
We offer the following delivery options within the UK:
Free Standard Delivery (3–5 Working Days)

We offer a complimentary standard delivery service for all UK orders.

Delivery times are estimated at 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Next Day Delivery (£5.99)

We offer a next-day delivery option at a flat rate of £5.99.

Orders must be placed before 4 PM GMT to qualify for next-day delivery.

Orders placed after 4 PM will be dispatched the following business day and delivered the day after.

Next-day delivery is only available for UK mainland addresses. Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
3. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect in the system, depending on the courier.

If you have not received a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours or local delivery office first.

If the package is still missing, contact our customer support within 48 hours of the marked delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue.

Muron is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier. However, we will do our best to assist in resolving the situation.
5. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at Support@muron.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the UK only.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses at this time.

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to legal or logistical reasons. Any applicable restrictions will be stated on the product page.
7. Peak Season & Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, or other major sales, shipping times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes.

8. Future International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working towards expanding our delivery options.
